Effective Date: 10.01.2023

**1. General Provisions:**
   a. These regulations define the terms of cleaning services provided by TayShine CleanUp and the rights and obligations of Clients.
   b. By utilizing TayShine CleanUp services, the Client accepts and commits to abide by these regulations.

**2. Scope of Services:**
   a. TayShine CleanUp provides comprehensive cleaning services for individual clients, offices, and other facilities.
   b. The scope of services is individually agreed upon with each Client.

**3. Prices and Payments:**
   a. Service prices are determined based on the scope and nature of the work.
   b. Payment for services can be made in cash, by bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.
   c. Invoices are issued according to agreements and sent electronically.

**4. Execution Deadlines:**
   a. Service execution deadlines are determined in accordance with the schedule agreed upon between TayShine CleanUp and the Client.
   b. In case of a change in the deadline, the Client is obliged to inform the company with sufficient notice.

**5. Responsibilities of the Parties:**
   a. TayShine CleanUp undertakes to provide services with due diligence.
   b. The Client undertakes to provide the necessary information and conditions for access to the cleaned premises.

**6. Complaints:**
   a. Complaints regarding provided services should be reported within 7 days from the date of service execution.
   b. TayShine CleanUp undertakes to address the complaint within 14 days from its submission.

**7. Safety:**
   a. TayShine CleanUp takes all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of its employees and Clients during service execution.

**8. Privacy and Data Protection:**
   a. TayShine CleanUp respects the privacy of Clients and processes data in accordance with applicable regulations.
   b. Client data is treated confidentially and not shared with third parties without the Client's consent.

**9. Changes to the Regulations:**
   a. TayShine CleanUp reserves the right to make changes to the regulations.
   b. Changes become effective 14 days after being announced on the company's website.

**10. Final Provisions:**
   a. These regulations constitute an integral part of the agreement between TayShine CleanUp and the Client.
   b. Matters not regulated by these regulations are subject to the provisions of Scottish law.
